As I sit here thinking about next year and where I might be a few things/questions come to mind:
- Will I be teaching at the same school?
- Will I be teaching at a different school?
- What grade will I be teaching?
- What content will I be teaching?
- Will I be teaching intervention again?
- Will I be teaching more than one grade?
As I sit and wonder what next year might hold I have also been thinking about going back to school to get my teaching license to teach math in grades 9-12 or to get my masters degree in teaching math. So I took the next step for either of those to happen and contacted a school to see what it would cost and what it would entail to get my masters degree in math or to get a license to teach math for grades 9-12.
It is with great excitement that I can now say I have decided to go back to school to do both! I couldn't be happier with my decision! Now, that doesn't mean I won't be teaching next year, it just means that I have chosen to take the next step in my career path and can't wait! Soon I will be licensed to teach math for grades K-12!
