I have really enjoyed having a hands on activity to teach algebra and the students have been enjoying using them and have been doing a great job with them.

Algebra tiles
So in class we have been working with algebra mats and algebra tiles. At first it took a little bit for the students to get use to them and what the legal moves are. After a couple weeks working with them, they have been doing awesome at it!
